原因：
virtuoso默认最多同时开9个
解决方案：
如果你确定其他的进程不需要了，去自己根目录下找到.CDSLOG文件夹，把cds.log.1~cds.log.9删了重新开就行。
如果需要超过9个的限制可以在.cshrc文件加入环境变量setenv CDS_LOG_VERSION pid，这样log文件就会以pid为文件名而不受9个的限制。但是记得定期清理.CDSLOG文件夹，删除过期log
